Hello! My name is Rei and thank you for considering me to help with your online business support needs.
As someone with a background in project management, I understand that it usually takes a lot of different moving parts to put together something that lasts. I like to think of myself as the missing piece to the puzzle that is your business.
As a freelancer or small business, you end up wearing many hats and it can be overwhelming at times to focus on your passion, the day to day operations of your business and maximising profits.
I am passionate about using my project management experience and digital marketing skills to help freelancers and small businesses create efficient systems to help fulfil their goals.
My background is in project management and my diverse work history has given me the opportunity to manage projects in local government, non-profit organisations, ground transportation and creative agencies. As a result, I have developed a set of skills that will serve to support your small business and help you grow.
I chose the name Pequena because it means 'small' in Portuguese and my goal is all about the small. Small businesses and small consistent steps that lead to great results.
Working with small business owners and freelancers, I have been able to experience and be inspired first hand by the creativity, hard work and courage that goes into realising your passion. That is why I exclusively work with small businesses and freelancers, to be able to give them the best chance to succeed.
It’s important to me that the clients I take on, align with my values and I with theirs. That way we can be in a true partnership, with shared values at the core. If you have not yet established your brand identity and are not fully aligned on your business values then that is something I can also work with you to establish.
